Waitlist terms

The waitlist is a free, non-binding expression of interest in Atlas, a product of Röder TomorrowTechnologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Joining it does not create any obligation to purchase, and it does not guarantee that the product will be delivered by a particular date or with particular features.

Waitlist members will be offered early access and founding-member pricing when the product launches. These advantages are discretionary, personal to each member, and may be adjusted before launch. They become legally binding only upon an actual subscription under the terms applicable at that time.

Your details are used to contact you personally about early access and the product launch. We do not send marketing email beyond that. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. Full details of how your data is handled are in the Datenschutzerklärung.

Write to hello@startupglobal.ai and we will delete your entry. You do not have to give a reason.

German law applies. Legally required consumer protections remain unaffected.
