Waitlist & partnership terms

Two forms on this site collect your details: the waitlist, and the partnership form. These terms cover both. Atlas is a product of Röder TomorrowTechnologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

The waitlist is a free, non-binding expression of interest in Atlas. Joining it does not create any obligation to purchase, and it does not guarantee that the product will be delivered by a particular date or with particular features.

Waitlist members will be offered early access and founding-member pricing when the product launches. These advantages are discretionary, personal to each member, and may be adjusted before launch. They become legally binding only upon an actual subscription under the terms applicable at that time.

Sending the partnership form is a free, non-binding way to start a conversation. It does not create a partnership, a contract, or any obligation on either side. We read every message, but we cannot promise a reply to all of them, and we may decline an enquiry without giving a reason.

Anything discussed before a signed agreement — timelines, priorities, what we might build around your feedback — is an intention, not a commitment.

Please do not send confidential information through the form. Unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you, anything you send is treated as non-confidential, and we remain free to keep developing Atlas — including in directions that may resemble something you described.

This is not a claim on your ideas: you keep everything you own. It only means an unsolicited message cannot, by itself, restrict what we are allowed to build. If you want to share something sensitive, write to hello@startupglobal.ai and we will agree how to handle it first.

Your details are used to contact you personally: about early access and the product launch if you joined the waitlist, or about your proposal if you used the partnership form. We do not send marketing email beyond that. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. Full details of how your data is handled are in the Datenschutzerklärung.

Write to hello@startupglobal.ai and we will delete your waitlist entry, your partnership enquiry, or both. You do not have to give a reason.

German law applies. Legally required consumer protections remain unaffected.
